The following tools allow you to perform EKMD related tasks yourself, without the need to open a service ticket.

Useful tools

The following tools allow you to explore your PC to better understand its status and resolve problems. They run on your local PC and they make it much easier for you to view your hardware and software configuration.

Note that these tools only work on Windows 2000 and above and you must be logged-in as a local administrator.

Important: When you click one of the links you will be asked to Run or Save the file. Click Run in order for the tool to work.
